Kimberly Dinh
Kimberly Dinh, Ph.D (MIT ‘20) and Associate Research Scientist at Dow Chemical, is an accomplished amateur golfer from the Michigan High School Girl’s Golf Super Team to the winner of the 2023 US Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship. She was an outstanding junior player. At the U of Wisconsin, she played in three NCAA Regional Championships and received the Big Ten Conference Medal of Honor. She won the 2013 and 2014 MWGA State Championship, College Division and the 2022 MWGA State Championship. She was 3-time GAM Women’s Player of the Year. She has played in ten US Championships, two LPGA Dow Invitationals, and two Michigan PGA Women’s Open winning Low Amateur in each.
Kimberly Moore
Kim Moore, in spite of a disability, is truly remarkable as a Class A PGA Golf Professional, college coach and winner of both US and European Golf Championships. She played varsity golf at the University of Indianapolis and was Head Coach at Saint Mary’s College (Notre Dame), where the team qualified for three NCAA Division III Championships. She is currently the Head Coach at WMU (4 years).She has won the Women’s US National Amputee Golf Championship 15 times. In 2022, Kim was the Ladies Champion of the Inaugural US Adaptive Women’s Open at Pinehurst #6. She qualified for the first European Adaptive Golf Championship and won. She also played for the USA Team against the European Team in the Cairns Cup, a Ryder Cup Format, which the USA Team won. In 2023, she was runner-up in the US Adaptive Open. She was also Ladies Champion of the G4D Tour Scandinavian Mixed Event in Sweden and also won the Inaugural G4D Open in England. Kim received the first Kim Moore Spirit Award, an award given by the National Golf Coaches Association to a female collegiate golfer each year in all three NCAA Divisions. In 2024, she will be the Captain of the USA Team in the Cairns Cup held at Cherry Creek Golf Course in Michigan in July.
